Payments are to be made through Shia's Ko-fi^^

Thy must have a reference sheet or character image! Shia is a very visual person :)

Shia alternates whilst working on orders. Thy should not worry, for Shia will still finish orders in a timely manner!

Please inform Shia if she is given the stamp of apprival to share progress WIPs on social media platforms. Keeping finished order a secret comes at no additional charge :)

Preferably by email Shia will send finished artwork to thou. Of course if this is not possible then such platforms as Twitter, or Instagram, etc. shall suffice.

Once everything is finished the artwork belongs to thou! Credit is always appreciated ♡! If thy plans to use the commission for commercial purposes there will need to be fee of $40.

- Payment can be sent 50/50. Shia will allow the commissioner to pay half up-front. Although she WILL NOT send finished piece until other 50% is sent. She will do check-ins during the duration of the commission :)

- Commission time may take between 1 week to possibly a month. This can result from the order type, or outside advances getting in the way. So Shia request that you are patient with her. :)

- If thou cannot be in the queue due to it being full, thou can be put on a waitlist. Just please understand that this will mean that it will take a bit before thy order can commence ^^; Thy does not have to pay until thy is in the queue. This does NOT count for seasonal YCH commissions!!

Shia will allow free revisions during the sketch phase of the commission.

During the line art phase she will only allow small changes here and there. Major changes after the sketch phase will result in a $5 fee (it is very time consuming to have to make major changes after passing the sketch phase, so please be honest with what thy wants, that way we're both happy! :)

There will be no refunds unless Shia has yet to start the order. she will not start the order until it has been paid for, so PLEASE make sure thou is 100% sure about ordering a commission.

The only other reason why there would need to be a refund, is because Shia was not able to complete the order for some reason.

Shia has the right to decline a commission request! If she believes that she is unable to fulfill the request, She'd rather neither of the party go through the trouble and waste time. She will also refuse if in anyway she feels uncomfortable :)
